Our Services

VETS 2U provide an at home service for most routine pet consultations. Our office hours are 8am – 6pm Monday to Saturday. After hours and weekend consultations are available by prior arrangement.

Due to the large number of non-emergency after hours calls we no longer offer an emergency after hours service. After hours emergency calls should be directed to the Murdoch Pet Emergency Centre on 1300 652 494.

Prices are comparable to those offered by local clinics and fees are payable at completion of consultation. Consultation rate is set regardless of distance travelled. Clients further away are not charged a higher rate. Consultation fee is per hour or part thereof. We do not charge an extra fee to see an additional pet at same consult. 20% pensioner discount on vaccination and consultation prices only. Discounts also applicable to multi pet vaccinations (20% for 2-3 pets/treatments, 30% for 4 or more pets/treatments).Group discounts may attract a lower rate.

EFTPOS facility available.

Home Euthanasia

Compassionate euthanasia in the home allowing both pet and family to say goodbye outside of the clinical environment of a vet hospital. Cremation can also be arranged.

Heartworm Treatments

Note: heartworm is carried by mosquitoes therefore not having contact with other dogs does not prevent infection. The level of risk in perth is relatively low but prevention is recommended as treatment for the disease is severe.

Proheart tablets monthly.
Heartgard chews monthly in a chewy treat.
Sentinel monthly palatable monthly tablets. Also see flea treatments.

Flea Treatments

Advantix monthly spot-on treatment providing flea adulticide, tick prevention and fly repellent action. Used on dogs only!
Advantage monthly spot-on providing flea adulticide treatment only. Safe for use on dogs, cats, rabbits and ferrets.
Frontline monthly flea adulticide and tick prevention for 2 weeks.
Revolution monthly spot-on providing flea adulticide and heartworm prevention. Also treatment of sarcoptic mange and ear mites.
Sentinel monthly palatable tablets provides flea protection through insect growth regulator (IGR) that prevents flea eggs hatching. Also heartworm protection and intestinal allwormer.
